Was denied being seen due to wanting to collect the remaining balance on my account plus my copay even though I have set up a payment plan. I won't be rescheduling with this office since I was shown their true agenda.

Dr Pollard is a very good neurosurgeon. His bedside manners aren’t that great but the surgery outcome is what matters. His office manager is very hateful and sarcastic and rude. She shouldn’t be dealing with the public with her attitude. You can get better results if you show understanding and kindness towards patients. Congratulations on his retirement. May he and his office manager have a blessed life.

My husband is in pain. Had a surgery that the surgeon is wanting to redo because my husband is still n pain. We have been told to get a second opinion so we call DR. Pollards office only to be told rudely he won’t give second opinions on people who have had surgery…. What in the world. So you are a pain specialist and you aren’t willing to help when someone is hurting. Wow.
