23 yrs ago this Dr put infusion in Neck. And the fusion did not hold (I felt it pop when was walking step in part of a hole)He blamed me said it was because I drank. I refused to go back to him. 2 yrs later I saw him in an AA meeting! Cause he is an alcoholic. Hummm… and you’re a surgeon? I have heard hurndous stories of his surgery’s I GIVE HIM Zero stars! Now I am having issues with my neck I should have went to someone else and got it fixed long time ago! But who do you trust???
Was denied being seen due to wanting to collect the remaining balance on my account plus my copay even though I have set up a payment plan. I won't be rescheduling with this office since I was shown their true agenda.

Dr Pollard is a very good neurosurgeon. His bedside manners aren’t that great but the surgery outcome is what matters. His office manager is very hateful and sarcastic and rude. She shouldn’t be dealing with the public with her attitude. You can get better results if you show understanding and kindness towards patients. Congratulations on his retirement. May he and his office manager have a blessed life.
