He came off egotistical and pretentious during the initial consult and after reading his blog. It didn't help that his staff are very cutthroat. They were so paranoid about my inquiries some due to being ignored. I found out that they wanted nothing to do with me after I tried to speak to his nurse Jessica who hung up on me and then called me back to ask if I received a mail from them. I recently had a procedure (bilateral parietal skull reduction) performed by Dr. Barry Epply and it was pleased with the overall care and outcome provided. After an online consultation w/ Dr. Epply, his office associates (Jessica and Carissa) stayed in touch each step of the way up until the date of the surgery.
