Billing, billing, billing. We never received a bill before receiving a summons to court by a debt collecting attorney. In summary, after not being able to find any of my daughter's allergies (which have since been properly diagnosed), offering no treatment and therefore not holding up their end of our agreement they sent me to collections without sending a bill. The woman on the phone couldn't see the status of my bill and therefore wasn't able to take a payment. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You are a number, not a patient.
I began visiting Advanced Allergy and Asthma of Virginia in February of this year to establish care and continue the allergy shots I had been receiving prior to moving to Richmond. On my first dose of the newly reformulated serum prepared by Dr. Feinstein, I requested the smallest dose that could be given as this was a new vial and formula.
