I began visiting Advanced Allergy and Asthma of Virginia in February of this year to establish care and continue the allergy shots I had been receiving prior to moving to Richmond. Seems like I’m not taken seriously here. My medical records were lost somehow at this office. That is concerning and makes me question how they handle records. I get allergy injections and they use cheap needles that get dull when they tick the vial and fill the syringe with the serum. Then they stick you with a dull needle that causes significant pain because they cannot switch the needle tip to a new tip because they are cheap syringes.
