The previous review was from 8/2015. Where is Dr. Moore??? We would like to make an appointment based on very positive outcomes for my husband and myself. With surgery pending, we would like to have an opinion from Dr. Moore, but can't find him. Can anyone post his new location or confirm his retirement so we can stop looking for him? Thanks.
I would avoid this doctor. I sat in a chair, told him my complaints and he left the room. The nurse came in with a prescription. He never examined me. No stethoscope, no looking in eyes and ears, no listening to heart and lungs - no exam whatsoever. Unfortunately I had to pay for this. The next day I ended up at MedExpress. When I showed the MedExpress doctor the prescription he shook his head. My symptoms eventually led to a diagnosis of IBS. Dr. Cotter wrote me a prescription for an antidepressant.
Dr Moore did an excellent job on my back fusion and am able to walk when it was clear preoperativeky that my stenosis was quite advanced and I was losing sensation in both lower extremities. I also had him do the surgery for severe wrist injury. Two nerves were severed and there wasn't much hope of regaining any sensation in my hand. The surgery with the Hand Specialist dr graham was successful as I have 75% return of sensation when none was expected. Thank you doctor!

Dr. Rai is nice but his staff is horrible!!! I've never been treated so rudely in my life..I see Dr. Rai for pain injections...that's it..I do NOT get meds from him. His office manager, which I've heard is his wife, is BEYOND RUDE. She won't make payment arrangements, won't take credit cards, and wouldn't let me have my injection because I had a balance on my bill from less than a month ago. Dr. Sepp is absolutely wonderful. She is exceptionally personable, and makes hte extra effort to include patients in their treatment decisions. However, as others have pointed out, the office staff is very rude, which is a huge turn-off. I will point out that the staff in the Murrysville office are much worse than the Delmont staff.
Dr" Coyle is the most thorough, knowledgeable, and kindest doctor I have ever seen. She doesn't rush through appointments and is genuinely interested in each patient. I feel so fortunate to have her as my physician.
