We have been coming to Dr Wallis office since 2011 and he has always told us what's going on with my husband , he has always been there for us no matter what's going on he has performed many EDG's with halo on my husband for his pre cancerous esophagus, he was one of his first patients with this procedure my husband has hadmany since then he is very professional in what he does and so is his PA. They don't answer the phone, and don't call you back! The PA is gung-ho, but the poor guy has no backup. I had a colonoscopy appointment canceled because they were going on vacation! If you have serious issues.... I'd go somewhere else!!! Oh... by the way ... you're fired!!!
I have been seeing Dr Wallis for just over a year. He is one of the best doctors I've ever been seen by. His staff makes me feel like family. Yes you may wait to see him but that's because he's a very busy yet very caring doctor. He takes the time needed for each patient. He gives a lot of himself to this community and it's people. Alot of the things he does he does for free! How anybody could complain is beyond my understanding !
I just love Dr Wallis! His staff is top notch just like he is. We are VERY lucky to have this skilled doctor in our midst in this area. I dont know what we would do without him !!
I was in his office 5 hrs for a 1 hr procedure….4 hrs in the waiting room. I had fasted & prepped so going home wasn’t an option. They completely over booked the procedures that day. The waiting room was full. During my post op appt my results weren’t ready, the dr hadn’t signed the results & wasn’t in the office. Why didn’t they reschedule my appt?
