MOST OF THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNWELCOMING. THE WORST PART OF THE VISIT WAS THEY ARE NOT HONEST. I WAS TOLD BY THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF MY SON SEALENT WERE GOING TO BE AT NO COST, BECAUSE THIS WAS GOING TO BE THE LAST YEAR THE INSURANCE WILL COVER THE SEALENTS SINCE HE WILL BE TURNING 14. THEN I GET A BILL WITH THE CHARGES OF THE SERVICES. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE TO LET THEM KNOW MY CONCERN THE MANGER SHOWED NO EMPATHY AND NOT EVEN AN APPOLIGY FOR THE WRONG INFORMATION I WAS GIVEN, HER REPLY WAS "HOW DO YOU WANT TO PAY THE BA... read more
