I am extremely upset with this office! I tried to go here to see the Dr. Lazzott and get an update on how my back issues are going and get the help I need. They denied me before even trying to see me!!!! They went by the few records I have here in Waco which I have only lived here for a year. I went to Azaelea orthopedics pain management years ago in Tyler Tx and they found I have spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, herniated discs, sciatica and more. Last summer, in the middle of my husband’s cancer treatment, we were told that his oncologist was no longer working for Baylor Scott & White. We were assigned Dr. Lucas Wong as his replacement. As my husband began his second round of chemo and immunotherapy, he became sicker than he’d ever been, and we went to MD Anderson and discovered that the cancer had metastasized into his liver. Dr. Anne has been my doctor for several years. She is a very good doctor, is very personable, and a great bedside manner. She is a very caring person.
Prior to my child’s surgery, the post operative medication prescriptions were called into my pharmacy for pick up but no one - nurse/surgeon followed up on the error message they received from the pharmacy so we did not have any medication prior to surgery. The day of surgery I was told that the pain medication would be ready for our pick up from the pharmacy when we arrived home. Our pharmacy called us to tell us that the specific pain medication was not available. We had to call the surgery center to ask for help and we we... read more
Dr. Kyle Norris is absolutely amazing. He and his staff extremely knowledgeable in woman's health especially with prolapse. From my very first visit, he took the time to listen carefully, answer all my questions, and explain every step of the process in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. Patient has been in ER for 8 hours. Waiting for a room. Asking for her neurothophy meds and just gets we will check from the desk. Next time we will bring her meds from home.
Dr. Kinman was the Absolute Best!!! I was so nervous about all the issues I was having and Dr. Kinman explained everything clear and concise. She put it in detail terms that I could understand. She was compassionate and understanding. Any questions I had Dr. Kinman always took time to answer and never made me feel rushed or that I asked a ridiculous question.
