Made my appointment to see dr. Yates in plenty of time and was there at the time given to me. I waited 4 hrs to see her! I was the last patient out that day. I called today to make sure I wouldn't have to wait the 4 hrs again and receptionist said she couldn't guarantee it. Maybe I should take my dinner and a sleeping bag with me!
