Good doctor. Nice staff — ladies all very friendly! The building could use some work. looks like they are renovating inside stranger layout.
I FIRED Dr. Volk as of today. I had my first run in with rude staff when I first started at her office and made a complaint immediately about that experience. Then, I felt my health concerns were never taken seriously. In fact, I felt like I'm the one who had suggested many routes to take instead of her. After one of my appointments one day she chuckled and said "so, what other tests do you want?". Seriously?! I need my Doctor to be more educated than me in the medical field! Dr. Volk is terrible. She is cold and uncaring. Seems to be in it for the money. I would suggest another doctor
Dr. Barbara Volk's lack of attention to my mother's intense pain or curiosity about what was causing it led directly to my mother's accelerated death. Dr. Volk told me she no longer orders x-rays for her patients because they cannot be read in a timely manner for her office. This means she opted to use her hands to touch my mother's spine instead of using any imaging technology. Doing this and sending my mother home with Tylenol led to my mother quickly becoming a paraplegic after her office visit with Dr. Volk because her t... read more
