Came in to check out the office, when I came in the lady rudely asked “what do you want” when I asked to speak the the owner she cut me off and told me she was busy, and when I asked when would be a better time, she told me “never” and shooed me away, all in front of two patients. I think that interaction was extremely uncalled for, especially if you’re the front desk employee. The doctor should really reconsider who they put as the face of the office, because that’s usually the first impression a person gets.
Most inept, disrespectful “physician” I’ve ever had to visit. The staff in the office aren’t any better, too.
Office location is nice and clean but Dr Bush customer service is rude and arrogant! And she feel as if she can run over her patients when in fact she needs some sturdiness in her life! Definitely want return to her !
Dr. Bush is my favorite doctor of all time. She has taken care of me for many years. She watched my elevated PSA that required surgery after having prostate cancer. Early detection saved my life. Thank you Doctor Bush
