Update to a prior review by my husband Chris! Since we’ve met Dr. Changizi we have been nothing but impressed and pleased! She and Clarrise, her nurse practitioner, are thorough in their exams and explanations. They are attentive to their patients needs and concerns. They are extremely prompt in replying to MyChart communication. Meeting her (them) has been life changing for the better!

While I have yet to have my appointment, the communication process is rather poor. I have waited for many months to have my appointment. As the appointment got closer, I had not received any typical new patient paperwork. I called and eventually received it. I asked if my wife could attend the appointment and the representative said there was no outside line to the Clinic and therefore could not call. He did offer to send an internal note, but said a response from clinic/doctor was unlikely prior to appointment.
