The doctors are pleasant and thorough. They are genuinely concerned about their patients and their eyes.
2nd visit and it has been an incredibly stressful experience. The first time I went I had a terrible experience with one of the doctors. Then Dr Bao called and took care of all my concerns. This time, when I called they answered “hello” I was unsure where I was calling since that is how they answered and I asked “is this a doctor’s office” and they just answered “yes”-that should have been my clue. Dr. Bao-Tran Nguyen is an incredibly intelligent eye doctor. She took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes in a way I could understand. I appreciate how Dr. Nguyen was invested in solutions to provide eye care to myself. I send all my best to Dr. Nguyen and her kind employees! I would recommend this doctor to everyone!
