Wait time has decreased. NP’s are very intelligent and capable. Staff is cooperative and pleasant.
Years ago, I gave this practice one stars but they have certainly improved over the years. It used to be the most disorganized place with such rude staff BUT now everyone around is so sweet and kind and it’s much more organized. The wait time has improved drastically over the years as well. I’ve been to other endos and this one is by far my favorite and Dr T is the best!
Two thumbs down Long waits, rude office staff, acts like a dictator instead of a doctor. He accused me of lying about something that I wasn’t lying about, so I got tired of his attitude and behavior and I left the practice. If you want a kind doctor that will have a good bedside manner, don’t go to him. He once told me, “ When I say jump, you say how high! Understand?” So I said goodbye
