Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.
