Excellent bedside manners. Very concerned with your health and how you are feeling.
Dr. Shetty is like most gastroenterologists who only want to perform scopes—basically, an assembly line. The last time that he did an endoscopy, he was in a hurry and afterwards, only spoke to me as they were moving me back to the recovey part of the facility. I was so groggy that I only remembered two days later about an instruction that he had given me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from.
