Was never able to make an appointment. The woman on the phone was extremely rude when I called
Never even got to see the doctor , person who makes appointments was very demeaning and unhelpful it was a disappointing experience.
Wonderful doctor would have stayed with her but her office staff were rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I wonder if she is aware of their behavior towards her patients?
Had the pleasure of meeting Dr Balasubramanian today. What a wonderful caring person and excellent doctor. She spent so much time with me, explaining every aspect of my care. Went out of her way to expedite my labs and imagining and follow up. Felt like years ago when doctors really cared. I highly recommend her.
