I’ve been a customer for 15+ years. Paid extra for expedited 2-day shipping (base shipping is free) — order arrived a week late. When I asked to have it resolved, I was met with condescension and a “not my fault… sorry not sorry, have a nice day” attitude. I had to point out my loyalty before they’d “make an exception” to reship — for free — if it was returned to them (it arrived at a vacation home after we had left), something already included with the purchase.
