I had an appointment with Dr. Baher Maximos, MD, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The wait time was significantly longer than scheduled, and I felt that my concerns were not fully addressed during the visit. Communication could have been clearer regarding treatment options and follow-up care. I hope the office can improve patient communication and time management in the future.
