My experience was disappointing. I finished the task that was requested, but the agreed payment has still not been sent.
I completed the requested work based on a payment agreement, but unfortunately the payment has not been received yet. I hope this matter can be resolved soon.
I had an appointment with Dr. Baher Maximos, MD, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The wait time was significantly longer than scheduled, and I felt that my concerns were not fully addressed during the visit. Communication could have been clearer regarding treatment options and follow-up care. I hope the office can improve patient communication and time management in the future.
The clinic needs improvement in hygiene and customer service. Patients should feel welcomed and respected, which was not my experience.
