There's a big difference between doing your job and caring enough to do it exceptionally well. Dr. Duraini's skill, attention and the care he puts into his clients is very apparent. I walked in yesterday dealing with an extremely upsetting and unexpected emergency, and I was incredibly thankful to have someone who genuinely cares about doing excellent work taking care of me.
