BEAWARE FROM THIS DOCTOR , HERE IS MY STORY :I had brain stroke on 6/7/2014 affect my left side , I asked my doctor to get prescription to get physical & occupational therapy , he agree for it after 8 month ask him to get physical therapy again on 7/2015 he said ok , my insurance gives me 36 visits after that he called my insurance to lower it to 18 visit only , on 10/13/2015 I ask him to get occupational therapy ( he said NO , IT IS NOT NECESSARY) I asked him why he said that's enough for you without doing any kind of test ... read more
