I have been with doctor eapen for years he is the best he takes the time to listen.He's compassionate patient, and mrs.Epen is the best.Once you get to know her, she's the same way.She cares about the patients and takes the time to listen to what your problem is.I recommend him to anyone experiencing pulmonary issues
Staff is rude and unprofessional. The lady on the phone was unprofessional. So rude. Dont go to this place.
Office personnel including Mrs Eapen are unprofessional. I was 10 mins early for my appointment. I checked in at the window with receptionist (India on her necklace). I waited 30mins watching other people come in sit for a few mins and get called in. The girl at the window denied checking me in, even though my cards were copied in her system. What ever happened to courtesy,(example : I'm sorry for the confusion) But she kept insisting I didn't check in with her, until I left the office to find another Dr.

Dr Eapen is excellent, he took all the time needed to explain and answer all my questions, his staff was very polite and paid careful attention to all my needs. I highly recommend Dr Eapen .
