When I called to schedule a required appointment to be able to continue getting my CPAP supplies, the two people I talked to on the phone were rude and unprofessional when I had questions before making my appointment.
The staff is so kind and helpful, they go above and beyond for their patients. The Doctor is also very kind,helpful and attentive to your needs.
After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, Dr Eapen's nurse used an unprofessional wrist blood pressure device to take my blood pressure. The doctor then proceeded to not be able to find several Cat Scans I had done at South West hospital where we are at. He then proceeded to contradict the findings of his fellow doctors at South West leaving me wonder who is telling me the truth. Needless to say I became upset, and immediately left the facility.
