This is about the functional restoration program in Rohnert Park and Dr K and Dr Foot. Really can't believe these lying clowns are even doctors. Whoever gave these two licenses should be fired In FRP you're supposed to see a therapist once a week not once did these clowns see me for a 1 on and when I confronted them about why on mutiple occasions Dr K would tell me Dr Foot was looking for me but when I would see Dr Foot she wouldn't acknowledge me. If you have another PT to go to do so. This place is horrible. I was off of work for 8 mths and saw my initial Dr 1 time. When I got released to work they wrote letter up wrong when I came back to tell them I went through Hell having them rewrite it. The office Manager Anita told me there was No one there to do it. No Drs? I stayed until it got fixed. And don’t ever try to call no one will answer phone!
