This is about the functional restoration program in Rohnert Park and Dr K and Dr Foot. Really can't believe these lying clowns are even doctors. Whoever gave these two licenses should be fired In FRP you're supposed to see a therapist once a week not once did these clowns see me for a 1 on and when I confronted them about why on mutiple occasions Dr K would tell me Dr Foot was looking for me but when I would see Dr Foot she wouldn't acknowledge me. If you have another PT to go to do so. This place is horrible. I was off of work for 8 mths and saw my initial Dr 1 time. When I got released to work they wrote letter up wrong when I came back to tell them I went through Hell having them rewrite it. The office Manager Anita told me there was No one there to do it. No Drs? I stayed until it got fixed. And don’t ever try to call no one will answer phone!

SO MANY problems with this place. Too numerous to list. I received extremely poor care. I found they were very interested in getting appointments in so that they got paid, but frequently did little or nothing to help me, and in fact did things that worsened my condition.

Love the facility and staff. I didn't give 5 stars because it's VERY VERY hard tp schedule appointments and their telephone A.I. is overwhelmingly time-consuming.
