They give you an appointment and don't even respect your time. If you go, you have to wait at least an hour, and when you ask the receptionist, she says, "Yeah, and what else?" They should hire a receptionist who actually helps the customer.

Terrible service. My wife was given an appointment for 12 and it's already 1 and we're still waiting. We asked the receptionist and she said she didn't know how much longer it would take and laughed at us.
