OMG - Seriously horrible service and unprofessional and no care whatsoever! From the start, waiting so long for appointments whether virtual and in person is even worst! Lack of communication and finally when my partner got her appointment in person, it took like 1 hour already and then another 1 hour nd receptionist is trained like a bad dog to just laugh and say that we wont even be able to see her on the day of?! The worst experience ever 👎👎👎 , changing schedule everytime without notifications if person available/flexible or not, plus after many months of waiting my partner and I arrived early to my appointment we waited until time of my appointment which supposed to be at 2:15 then we approached the receptionist we asked her when can see doctor, receptionist answer with cold blood that there are 13 people ahead of me which means we have to wait more 1 hour and a half and I can't wait that look because I have to work after my appo... read more
It was the 1st time meeting Dr. Grygowski. I had experienced 2 gynecologists in the past few years. I had gone through something traumatic before and I really needed a Dr that was compassionate. It took me awhile to get the nerve to look for another one. Luckily, Dr. Grygowski did not disappoint, or else I would've given up. Very informative and friendly
I recently saw Dr. Grygowski for a colposcopy. I was extremely nervous about my visit, but found Dr. Grygowski to be very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and quite pleasant. Her assisting nurse was also wonderful. Dr. Grygowski discussed my symptoms and thought it wise to also do a biopsy of my uterus, which, as it turns out, ended up being necessary after receiving recent ultrasound results. I feel so grateful and completely comfortable being in the care of Dr. Grygowski!!
