I encourage anyone getting a major procedure, to get a second opinion before using this dentist. I was told that I wasn't a candidate for implants. I am now getting implants but I have a list of mistakes that he made that led to a serious infection. This dentist works part time and wouldn't treat the infection. I was told to come by next week and he would try to work me in around his regular patients. I dropped $4000 and I wasn't considered a regular patient. Cleaning and permanent crown added. No pain. Baily, Madison and Dr B were the BEST! They are always upfront about what to expect in the pocketbook and what you will experience. They are warm, comforting and kind.
What more can you say about Mary, the dental tech, and Dr. Bletzacker!. I had broken a molar and they not only got me in immediately, they spent 2 hours prepping me for a crown. And with little to no discomfort. They are the BEST!
I’m horrified of dentists and need some serious work and finally found and went to this gem of a place. Madison was the best assistant ever and took care of me almost as if I was her kid with the flu. Then my doctor came in and walked me through everything as Madison did and then extracted a tooth with no pain at all! These people really do care and made it the best it could be for an extraction.
