Worst customer care I have ever experienced. Would never ever recommend this to another person. I have asked 6 times for a phone call to discuss charges added to my account, haven’t received my medication, asked to provide additional blood tests that were already given. Customer service says 8am-8pm but all representatives are “offline” 24 hours out of the day. I am emotional typing this, but I must express my gratitude for your work and all the doctors involved in this mission to provide affordable care. I am unemployed with no insurance and was in extreme pain. This is the second time using this service and opted to see if I was eligible for no cost care, answered a few simple questions and was approved within seconds, prescription sent with no questions but complete support from my provider. Thank you to all the physicians!

I so wanted to like this service, but their customer service is so.. untrained and unknowledgeable. They only send pre-written answers via chat, there’s no way to talk to a real support person, and their be-all answer is to use Amazon Pharmacy and Amazon’s customer support. Never again.
