Worst customer care I have ever experienced. Would never ever recommend this to another person. I have asked 6 times for a phone call to discuss charges added to my account, haven’t received my medication, asked to provide additional blood tests that were already given. Customer service says 8am-8pm but all representatives are “offline” 24 hours out of the day. I am emotional typing this, but I must express my gratitude for your work and all the doctors involved in this mission to provide affordable care. I am unemployed with no insurance and was in extreme pain. This is the second time using this service and opted to see if I was eligible for no cost care, answered a few simple questions and was approved within seconds, prescription sent with no questions but complete support from my provider. Thank you to all the physicians!

New Year's Day accidentally on the New Year's Day, listen to a friend said this website, the process is very smooth, ask you what you can answer so, finally pay 15 dollars, waiting for the doctor to send you an email, the email is very fast, very efficient, the pharmacy filled in because the New Year's Day did not open, contact the doctor and change the pharmacy, in short, very convenient and fast, successfully got the medicine, Thank you so much, Dr.B., and have a wonderful New Year's Day.

I am forever grateful to have found this service. I was recently laid off unexpectedly from my job and have some health issues and this service was so helpful and fast. I am forever grateful to these wonderful people and there service. You never know when you will need something like this and instead of going to the ER and racking up thousands of dollars this service saved me time and money I don't have. I have used Dr. B twice and could not be more pleased with the care I have received. Each time I contacted Dr. B, I received a consultation within three hours or, if it was after hours, first thing in the morning. Not only do you get a prescription if you need one, the follow up is stellar. I actually have private healthcare, but continue to use Dr. B because of the ease of use and quality of care.
