Worst customer care I have ever experienced. Would never ever recommend this to another person. I have asked 6 times for a phone call to discuss charges added to my account, haven’t received my medication, asked to provide additional blood tests that were already given. Customer service says 8am-8pm but all representatives are “offline” 24 hours out of the day. I am forever grateful to have found this service. I was recently laid off unexpectedly from my job and have some health issues and this service was so helpful and fast. I am forever grateful to these wonderful people and there service. You never know when you will need something like this and instead of going to the ER and racking up thousands of dollars this service saved me time and money I don't have. Dr. B is great. Second time I have used. Very fast and professional service. Checked back in with me to see if I was feeling better. COVID is horrible but the antiviral that was prescribed is working. At least I'm not feeling as bad on Christmas day! Thank you!

I have used Dr. B twice and could not be more pleased with the care I have received. Each time I contacted Dr. B, I received a consultation within three hours or, if it was after hours, first thing in the morning. Not only do you get a prescription if you need one, the follow up is stellar. I actually have private healthcare, but continue to use Dr. B because of the ease of use and quality of care.

Truly the best service ever. Inexpensive, fast, super professional healthcare at the tip of my fingers. If I have someone (hubby) who can pick up my script, I literally never have to leave home. Highly recommend!
