Best allergist. Extremely polite and patient. I was very anxious when I visited her the first time. I had Hives and Angiodema all across my body and was in bad shape and pain. She calmed me down and explained everything. Though I am yet to get my allergy tests done but getting a doctor who shows they care for you is a blessing. Her Assistant Nurun at tge reception is extremely helpful and polite too. She understands the situation and even got me a callback from the doctor the very same day. Thank you Dr Azza and Nurun!!

Dr. Hegazi is an outstanding doctor. She took the time to thoroughly explain my allergies. She was warm and reassuring, answering all my questions. You can tell Dr. Hegazi takes care and properly educates all her patients at their appointments. The clinic was very clean and the front desk staff was excellent. Thank you Dr. Hegazi and team!!
Male receptionist was very kind and informative. Woman receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and overwhelmed by being busy. Huge language barrier. Ur a doctor office, ofcourse ur going to be busy. She hung up on me. I have been trying to book an appointment with a referral that was sent numerous times. Ur job is to book appointments relax. If it’s that overwhelming to u find another job. I had a terrible experience with this allergist and would not recommend skin-related approaches with her. After being misdiagnosed, I was prescribed a strong steroid cream without any mention of potential side effects, which led to the development of stretch marks. What made the situation worse was the allergist's subsequent recommendation to seek laser surgery to treat the stretch marks - a damage that resulted directly from the prescribed medication for eczema (which I never had in the first place).
