I called her June 28 1:15pm because of my Severe Asthma, a representative told me she's busy and will tell her to call me back, @ 2:25 someone returned the call told me that she's still busy and will give her urgent msg to call me back! @451pm I called her back and Desmond told me she's still busy and begging him to let her know that I needed to speak to her.. Very unprofessional left that Friday and did not returned my call and enjoyed her weekend not concerned abt her PATIENT who's really sick w/ Asthma..I ended up to ER S... read more
