I have required Dr, Massaad's professional help on numerous occasion. He was excellent in all procedures, and attended me with kindness, respect, competent care. He is a very busy and attentive to one's actual needs. Washington County is lucky to have him. I might add that his staff are excellent and do all they can for you to have an effective medical experience.
I wish I could say this doctor helped me through a difficult and painful surgery recovery but as soon as he was done with the operation he was MIA. I would put up with his condescending attitude and clear disrespect for me if he’d completed his job but that’s not the case. Before he cuts you open please do your research and MAKE him answer your questions. He ignored mine completely. My recovery was horrendous and he did nothing. Also, research the mesh he is fond of. I got to my appointment and I waited in the waiting room for 30 min past my appointment time. When I was finally pulled back into the room (well after 5pm) I was told there will still be a wait because there is 2 people ahead of me. So I then waited another 30-40 minutes in the room. My husband has several large calcified nodules on his thyroid. We found out in the beginning of the year 2021. They decided to schedule his biopsy out several months despite the huge concern. To no surprise Dr massaad decided vacation was more important got pushed back a couple more weeks. Then in late april got another call that they had to push the appointment back AGAIN. ok so its may 2021 now 5 months after finding all this out and we're at the appointment for biopsy.
