Great bedside manner. Been with Dr Loften for years. Great listener.
The first impression is a lasting one. I called in an attempt to get an emergency new pt appointment. The situation was dire so I asked to speak with the nurse. I was told this wasn't possible because she had an ER visit and a new patient appointment. I asked to speak with the Practice Manager/Practice Admin. I was placed on a brief hold. I finally get an appointment only to be treated rudely by the receptionist. I was told to be there at 3:00 for a 3:20 appt. I watch every other woman come and go as I sit and wait. Finally at 358 exactly, after still not being called back but yet reassured by receptionist number two reading her book..” you will be called next.” I cancelled my appointment..needless to say!!! So disappointing..i was really hoping this would be a good experience. Had to leave work early and for what..
She’s been my doctor for almost 20 years and she’s just the best. She really cares, takes time with patients, and is very smart! I recommend her to anyone looking for gynecologist/OB
