I have been going to this practice for many years, it has been going downhill since the retirement of some doctors and phone people, if you call the later in the day you are told to go to the walk in or ER. You ask if the nurse can call so I ask a question, it never like this you called even at 4 you got a call that night or first thing in the morning. I am leaving this review to warn other patients and families, particularly those dealing with complex or trauma-related care needs. Azem Dushaj demonstrated a significant lack of clinical competence during my father's care. When I asked him directly about inpatient treatment options, he was unable to engage with the question at all. Rather than addressing my concerns, he spent the appointment unprofessionally unloading his own onto me — leaving me to manage his uncertainty instead of the other way around.
