I was trying to make a phone call to schedule an appointment, and the front desk staff were very rude and cold. Their tone and attitude left me frustrated and upset for hours. After reading many other negative reviews, I feel even more certain that I will be canceling my appointment.
Dr. Moosa is very friendly, helpful, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which makes you feel comfortable and confident in her care. She is definitely one of the best gynecologists in town and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
Honestly, this was my first time going to this clinic and it wasn’t great. It seemed disorganized, crowded, and unprofessional. I was originally scheduled to have a woman’s wellness appointment with Dr. Farishta (she’s amazing and she moved to this office recently) but she got caught up with a patient and I ended up with Dr. Moosa. 9 years ago, this doctor fractured my daughter’s arm during delivery. I barely had a first degree tear, which makes me believe this doctor was just not gentle. My husband heard the snap of her arm. If we weren’t new parents, exhausted and ready to move to another state I would have sued. I know things happen for a reason but I believe this could have been prevented and not cause parents stress.
