I wish there were a zero-star option. This office was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. They overbooked two patients for the same appointment time slot . I had to wait nearly three hours to see the doctor, who appeared rushed and demonstrated very poor bedside manner. Unfortunately, that was not the worst part. If I could give zero stars, I would. I saw Dr. Azeem, he insisted nothing was wrong—blaming everything on an old back injury that had never caused issues like this. He told me I just needed pain management, which felt like they were more interested in insurance money than actually helping me. All I wanted was the chance to describe my symptoms and ask questions so I could understand what was happening, but he wouldn’t allow it. Didn’t get to see the doctor. Were told to arrive half hour early to fill out paperwork and bring records. We arrived earlier than what they had asked. 2 hours later still not called in and no ETA on when we might be possibly be called in. Waste of my time and my sons valuable time who is home for college for one week only. Very rude staff. Shame

I have been seeing Dr. Sachedina for over 20 years. He always takes his time to answer any questions. The office is very busy but professional. Never have a concern dealing with them.
