The care provided in the office is great, he takes lots of time and explains things well. HOWEVER, if you need care outside of office hours and call the service to leave an urgent message or leave any message on MyChart do not expect a reply. THEY DO NOT REPLY FOR DAYS AND SOMETIMES WEEKS.
Great care when in the office, however if you leave an urgent message after hours or send any portal message don't expect a reply, they are not capable of replying in a timely manner. My repeated portal messages expressing my frustration with their lack of response falls on deaf ears. I’m done with this office.
