I found this visit very unprofessional. I completely understand that patients take different amounts of time especially when your at a specialist. My 8yr old and I sat in an exam room for 1 hour and 30minutes today with out any communication from the staff. I went out out to the front desk twice, the first time at 40 minutes an then at an hour 20. There was no apology or thank you for your patience, until the end when I told the Dr. how I felt. Dr. Delgado was great. Just a couple of things that has opportunity for improvement: - our appointment was 2:30, we had a 1 hour wait time and were seen at 3:30pm. -the bathroom had no toilet paper. -we saw a what seems to be an eyedrop(?)/on the floor and little trash (small gauze? Alcohol wipe cover?)—-might be unsafe if children might end up picking it up -complimentary valet was great, except there’s also a 20-minute wait time as well to bring the car back to us :(
