Very dismissive and forgetful, does not explain anything or look further into you’re conditions and terrible at prescribing medication

The worst staff at the front desk always rushed and don’t hear you out. They give the worst attitude and don’t even try to help!!!! But can't complain about the doctor he’s pretty nice and get the work done.

Six months ago, he asked me to do a growth hormone test for my 11-year-old son. I told him that I had done this test before in another country and my son was given growth injections. This was six months before my appointment with Dr. Al-Aqqad. He asked me to repeat the test and the hormone test came out normal because he had only been using the injections five months before the test.
