The worst staff at the front desk always rushed and don’t hear you out. They give the worst attitude and don’t even try to help!!!! But can't complain about the doctor he’s pretty nice and get the work done.

Six months ago, he asked me to do a growth hormone test for my 11-year-old son. I told him that I had done this test before in another country and my son was given growth injections. This was six months before my appointment with Dr. Al-Aqqad. He asked me to repeat the test and the hormone test came out normal because he had only been using the injections five months before the test. I don't even know where to start. By far one of the worst customer service I ever experienced. Hold times on the phone are 20+ minutes Unprofessional staff. Always making jokes and laughing with each other while patients are forgotten about.
I normally do not leave reviews. But save your health. They DO NOT care or give you updates on anything. So scary to see doctors offices this way when it comes to trusting with people health. They have a 2 star for a reason.
