I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I've experienced. Adding to the stress and mental strain of individuals who are already facing challenges. We seek support here, not additional burdens. Losing dedicated clients like me over a late fee doesn't seem worth it. I've concluded that I won't be coming back, and I won't be paying the fee. The stress caused by the poor customer service I've experienced feels like it offsets any obligations on my part.
I went to her on numerous occasions begging for help with my inflammation problems throughout my body and I received no help. She would put off EVERY SIMPLE issue and refer me to a specialist for simple things any PCP should be able to do. After specialist after specialist with no avail, I had had enough and asked to be switched to a different provider.
