Dr. Cartwright us the best dentist i have had in 40 years. Following her plan she has my teeth healthy, straight and extremely white! I literally have IVORY in my mouth!!! cant wait till the next visit
I feel Dr. Cartwright caused the loss of a tooth due to incompetence, negligence or malice. I have contacted her office several times requesting to speak with her but she has yet to return my call. I am submitting a formal complaint to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and am trying to find a local peer review board to look into this issue. Beware!
