Weeks to update a simple referral from our primary care pediatrician and they still don’t want to schedule an appointment for my son of which is 2 months out to be seen. At this point when they get their paperwork together, it will be summer before we can be seen. THE ADMIN STAFF IS HORRIBLE. NOT HELPFUL, whatsoever.
This has been a review that I have been dreading making and it’s been 2 years in the making. Dr. Wilner made a HUGE mistake. I took my week old son to see him after he was the attending ENT in the hospital when he was born. My son was having some trouble breathing when born but they assumed it was due to being a c section baby. Dr. Wilner saw him and sent us home with Flonase. We saw him a week later. I appreciated the precautions this office is taking with Covid. Both the NP and doctor we saw were very thorough, informative. They made me feel completely at ease in deciding to proceed with scheduling my son for surgery.
