Amazing reception and Dr Avreet Alangh was fantastic. The rude reception is gone, the receptionists were polite and kind. Updated to 5 stars UPDATED**** Sept 9th 2025 Had a regular check-up, wanted blood work and testosterone checked. Had a hard time with the substitute doctor. She found it odd and unnatural that i wanted my test and blood work done. I am a 30+ year old male this is perfectly normal. Dr A. Alangh is the best family physician my wife and I have ever had. His assistant, Angele, is also excellent. They both listen to our input and offer us their best advice.
I have no complaints for the actual nurses and doctors at this office, but the receptionists are absolutely awful. Every time you call they make it sound as if it's inconvenient for them to do their job and book you an appointment. Instead they provide their own medical opinion - like when I suspected my son had chicken pox and they told me "there's nothing we can do for that anyway" so they refused to book him in (to clarify, I'm not a doctor and chicken pox was a complete guess on my part according to his symptoms). I had a great experience today... doctor elang showed some great caring for my daughter.And I appreciate everything's he goes out of his way to do... reception isn't always the nicest, but I guess they try to do their best. They have lots of patients and can possibly put you on, hold for a while. I think reception should take some time to at least ask if the patient has time to wait on the phone that long. Sometimes we're calling with a time window and we don't have time to wait that long. But other than that, they do try to... read more
