I called to book an appointment as a new patient. The woman taking the call kept interrupting me and would not let me speak, which would have given her important context. She didn't seek to actually understand anything or listen at all. After her cutting me off three times because she thought she knew what I was going to say, even though she didn't, I asked her if she was going to actually let me speak or keep talking over me. Called dr to review test results. Office manager said dr doesn’t take phone calls, Virtual visits aren’t allowed and first office appt is in 5 months. According to her my results aren’t that concerning so it can wait 5 months.

This guy is an actual doctor? Wouldn't have known based on his awful personality and questionable exam for a concussion. Workmans comp made me see him in some random building in Quincy. That must be his side gig where he makes a kick back from the workmans comp companies. Watch out for scams people. Some of these so called doctors don't actually care about you.
