After reading my visit notes, I am in disbelief. I thought it couldn’t get worse than my actual visit. My visit notes list quite a few inaccuracies. They include, counseling that never occurred, at least one statement I never made, parts of an exam that never happened, and my sexuality/sexual partner gender are listed incorrectly. To see my sexuality listed incorrectly is just awful. Who is just assuming they know who I sleep with? And how can you help me if you don’t even have that correct? I had a wonderful experience with Dr Segal! She made me feel so comfortable and was very good with explaining everything through the procedure. She listened to all my concerns and was so sweet!!
My wife had a 10am appointment with her today and we were called back around 11am. When I asked front desk receptionist. She informed me "Dr. Segal is a little behind schedule" but no one bothered to call us and inform us before hand. The moment her nurse came out to call us she had "TRANSLATOR" on the phone, we informed her we DO NOT need translator as I was born and raise in USA and I was present with my wife, nurse refused to listen.
