I have been seeing Dr. Khitri since 2017. I had an ongoing condition that we were monitoring that eventually led to surgery in 2023. Through it all, I felt very well cared for. He always took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions and explain everything to me so well. I still see him now for regular check ups to make sure that all is still well. I am very grateful for the care I have received and I would highly recommend him.
Bad customer service, they make you wait forever to answer the phone and after you are disconnected. Long wait to have a call back, no apologies, not a good attitude for a cardiology group.
Excellent service and well spoken. He is very transparent to my husband’s concerns or needs. Friendly staff and you don’t have to wait for a long time to be called.
Horrible phone service. We have been calling from a provider’s office since last week to obtain a medical clearance and have not received a call, text, email, or fax back. Everytime we follow up (the most recent today after the weekend) the person who answers is so rude and says they will call in a few mins and we just have to wait.
