Dr Kwok is an empathetic doctor who actually listens to her patients. She makes you feel comfortable and is interested in your concerns. She is easy to discuss symptoms with and consults you on any procedures and decisions. She also follows up in a timely fashion. All in all, I give her a big gold star.

What a perfectly lovely doctor! Warm, friendly, obviously knowledgeable. Lots of clear communication. Nice gentle sense of humour, too! Would highly recommend.
