Dr Kwok and her team were incredibly professional and friendly. Helped me through my conditions and explained to me the various factors and treatments options.
What a perfectly lovely doctor! Warm, friendly, obviously knowledgeable. Lots of clear communication. Nice gentle sense of humour, too! Would highly recommend.
Dr Kwok was extremely communicative and was able to clearly explain my procedures. She is able to explain and educate her patients about their bodies and the conditions being treated, which gives the patient a crucial understanding of their own health. After the procedure she was a cheery reassuring face explaining all was good just as I came to from the anaesthesia. After years with an uncommunicative gastroenterologist who gave the patient very little time explaining, Dr Kwok was a refreshing change.
