Worst experience I've ever had with a medical "professional". Would not sign off on a temporary disability claim in order for me to get surgery on blown out shoulders...dragged her feet, called for all manner of unnecessary tests, causing me to lose my job. Look elsewhere for help, because you won't find it here.
