If there was anything lower than a 1 star rating, that is what this provider would have gotten. Very unprofessional and incoherent. What’s the point in filling out registration paperwork if provider isn’t going to look it over. She made me file claims with my insurance companies on my own. Got in contact with both insurance companies stating bill has been fully paid but provider still sends me statements requesting full amount?! Would rather fly to Oahu for future obgyn appointments. Very disappointed.
Dr. Lakhani is a very professional, skilled, and respectful doctor. She takes the time to answer any questions and makes sure you understand her recommendations. You can tell she really cares about your health. She saved one of my family members’ lives and we are truly grateful for the quality of care that she provides especially with so few places to go for OBGYN care on the island.
Unethical billing practices. Does not file with insurance. Does not return phone messages.
Warning: AVOID this doctor's office at all costs! Their billing practices are questionable, and their staff's rudeness is beyond belief, making any attempt to resolve issues impossible. Two years ago, I made the unfortunate decision to go to this practice, and although I paid the bill promptly with a check, years later they claimed they only received $0.75 for some reason.
