Headlight suddenly quit and I went immediate to DR. Even though very busy, DR took me in when I arrived and did the repairs. I was satisfied completely, as I have already been during the past several years that I have been receiving their service. Always excellent! Thank you, DR!

Sarah, Ronnie, Heather and the entire staff are wonderful to work with. Nobody wants to be burdened by car repairs, but, somehow they manage to make it just a little bit better. I am so happy that I’ve found this shop. Not to mention, you may be able to bribe Spark Plug, the DR mascot with cat treats for a snuggle!
Steve at the front was super helpful and John the technician who worked on my 2012 rav4 gave me a good understanding on recommendations and extremely professional. 10/10 would come back again very honest and clear work for value, what is needed, and what it will cost before the work is started.
2nd time here for maintenance no complaints yet! Very nice honest people with brand new free loaner cars!! Will be back.
