I went to this shop after I read a few of the reviews to see for myself! The owner Richard comes across as a very honest guy. He was able to get me in on the same day, after I just left a voicemail in the morning around 9am. He called back and we communicated via text until he was able to get me in just after 1pm. I just purchased a used Audi Q5 with low mileage but wanted to make sure all was well with it! They did a full inspection, reassured me that everything is working just fine! Fantastic experience with Dr. Auto Service this Christmas. I was in a bit of a bind when my car broke down an hour away from home, but the mechanic was incredibly honest and efficient in handling the situation. Upon assessing my car, the mechanic gave me an accurate diagnosis and provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
