I went to this shop after I read a few of the reviews to see for myself! The owner Richard comes across as a very honest guy. He was able to get me in on the same day, after I just left a voicemail in the morning around 9am. He called back and we communicated via text until he was able to get me in just after 1pm. I was in a bit of a bind when my car broke down an hour away from home, but the mechanic was incredibly honest and efficient in handling the situation. Upon assessing my car, the mechanic gave me an accurate diagnosis and provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
