Had to get my truck towed here and it was a complete rip off. HORRIBLE at communicating with me and said it would be some ridiculous amount (a second opinion charged less than half). Not only that but when we came to get it the keys were locked inside. Unprofessional isn’t even the word. Will not be coming back and I absolutely do not recommend this place.

This repair shop is amazing! Honest and great work! We were in an RV with a tow car behind. 9 pm at night and no one else open. He had us back on the road in less than an hour.

Our son broke down on his way back to college in Florida on a Saturday at 1am. Luckily we found a hotel and started looking for auto repair. We called D&R at 9am and Mr. Roy immediately answered and started searching for an alternator to replace on my sons 2001 BMW. Ms. Dana called me back after locating it. Not only were they able to get the part but Mr. Roy and his mechanic fixed it at 7pm in a shell parking lot. He was a blessing in disguise! Thanks to him my wife and I did not end up stranded on a trip to Florida. Not only did he get the truck fixed, he worked on us until 10 at night, and his price was reasonable! We will always remember this experience and Mr. Roy. Thank you we made it safely to Florida.
