Amazing group of people! Highly recommend! I reached out to the shop online and got a response in less than an hour. The day of my appointment, I walked through the door, and Greg greeted me with a friendly and welcoming "hello!" They had fast service and Greg, the front desk sales guy, is certainly friendly. But I think they upsold me in services my vehicle didn't actually need and I no longer trust they have the customer's best interest at heart. I went in for one issue and they advised several unrelated things that needed done. After the fact, I compared those recommendations against the multi-point inspection that the dealership had done 2 months before during an oil change. The comparison leaves me very skeptical.
Zach and the team are absolutely amazing! They were able to schedule both of my vehicles for inspection, emissions, and an oil change within a week and allowed me to not only wait there but also watch them the whole time. My truck needed some work and Zach took the time to show and explain everything to me. Dropped my car off a day early for inspection. They actually squeezed it in that day to look at it and found some issues. Got everything fixed right up for a good price. Very friendly and great place.
