I have been coming here for years. In the past I have been very satisfied with the services that I’ve received from the providers. Congratulations to Dr Ogwu on his retirement and to Dr Austin on taking over the practice. Not sure who’s over billing but this Tara lady is a real character my billing is never right. She definitely doesn’t know what follow up is beachside she never call’s me back until the day before my appointment. When we come to agreement she doesn’t properly notify the front desk. This place has no appreciation for employees or patients. The management is very poor and benefits suck. This is a very hostile work environment and the doctors mother is ridiculously rude. If you are a patient you will wait 2 to 3 hours to be seen every time, due to no structure.
