Do not go to this office if you expect professionalism from the office manager, David. He and his staff are overwhelmed. Apparently there are too many patients there so it’s time to find another primary caregiver.
Scheduled me for a 12:30 appointment, came and was told they are at lunch from 12-1 and won’t see me. Complete trash.
I been seeing Dr.Batlle for 6 years. I had a appointment in January of this year. They called me 2 hours before my appointment to tell me that they no longer take my insurance. They told me if I wanted to see the dr that I had to pay cash..I had no choice but to pay. I saw Jennifer and she was so cold hearted and so rude..I can't afford to pay $165.00 a month.she gave me 1 month supply then told me to wean myself off of them. Didn't tell me how to do that.
